We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and tech-savvy Promotional Specialist to represent Visa/Apple Cash at live events. The ideal candidate is confident in approaching and interacting with attendees, creating meaningful conversations, and educating consumers on the features, benefits, and usage of Apple Cash.

 

This role requires a highly engaging personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technology in a simple, approachable manner. Promotional Specialists will be responsible for proactively engaging attendees, answering questions, assisting with setting up Apple Cash-related activities, and helping consumers understand how Apple Cash can be used for splitting bills and paying for everyday transactions.

• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promotional Specialist, or Event Staff member.
• Experience educating consumers on mobile payment platforms, digital wallets, or technology products.
• Strong knowledge of Apple Cash, Apple Pay, Apple Wallet, and mobile payment technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage attendees and start conversations.
• A naturally outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Experience working at large-scale live events, festivals, conferences, or high-traffic consumer events.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, QR codes, and digital registration platforms.
• Proven ability to create positive attendee experiences and drive participation in event activities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to remain professional, enthusiastic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

The hourly rate for this position is $40 per hour. Rates may vary based on market, location, and program requirements. The applicable hourly rate will be confirmed during the hiring process.
