We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Promotional Specialist to represent a well-known Financial Services client. In this role, you’ll connect with guests arriving to the conference, checking them in, providing instructions, answering basic conference questions and handing out giveaways. If you enjoy engaging with people, and excel in customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Brand Representation: Represent our client professionally and positively, ensuring every guest is welcomed and knows about Citadel. Smile and stay positive throughout the entire shift.
· Feedback Collection: Gather guest insights and share them with the team lead or manager.
· Proven positive experience in customer service
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with many guests
· Attention to detail and must be able to follow directions
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
· Must be available to work the following dates: July 14th-July 17th (Times vary per day and will be discussed during interview but looking for someone with open availability. Approx. 10-30 working hours for the week.
