WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be responsible for analyzing operating financial results and budgets for the company's client accounts. This position will provide insight and recommendations regarding operations, forecasting, revenue and tracking and process improvements.

 

• Support monthly P&L review process by reviewing actual versus plan and preparing monthly variance reports.

• Monitor P&L lines during financial close; be able to discuss variances to forecast and plan.

• collaborate with TEAM and other business units to develop monthly financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and strategies.

• Work closely with the Senior Financial Analyst on developing new and update financial reporting and analysis models.

• work alongside Operations business unit to analyze employee utilization VS client budgets.

• Collects, consolidates, and organizes relevant financial information from internal sources to create and update financial plans and reports.

• Complies data into spreadsheet format and prepares presentations.

• Anticipates future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs

• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of financial results to different audiences including corporate management and other high-level executives.

• Drive projects to continuously improve, streamline and automate financial reporting.

 

Special Projects: This position includes the opportunity to work on special projects that have either been requested by the company's senior leadership team or have been identifies through normal work routines. Projects typically require the candidates to have working knowledge of daily operations

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience is required.

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics

• Possess a high level of initiatives, follow-through, and accountability for actions.

• Advanced level of experience and ability to leverage advanced functionality of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to represent the company in a variety of settings.

• Outstanding teamwork skills and proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• TEAM player- this is a highly collaborative and supportive team environment.
