The MexAm Retail Specialist is a full-time, field-based position dedicated to supporting PATRON & GREY GOOSE by driving brand visibility and volume within key off-premise retail accounts, with a specialized focus on the Mexican-American consumer. This commercially driven program is strategically designed to leverage in-market activity to accelerate sales velocity, increase volume, and expand brand presence across priority accounts.
Retail Specialists are responsible for cultivating strong account relationships, executing promotional samplings, educating staff and consumers, and collaborating closely with local BUSA/distributor partners to support performance in a dedicated account universe.
This role works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful sale, distribution, brand positioning, and execution of programming for both Patrón and Grey Goose. A core objective is to activate in-store strategies that align with overarching brand goals while fostering culturally resonant engagement that authentically connects with the Mexican-American community.
Strong cultural competency, including knowledge of Mexican-American traditions, values, and language nuances is highly preferred, as the role is rooted in building authentic, culturally relevant connections that drive both brand loyalty and commercial success.
