WHAT YOU WILL DO

The main responsibility of the Brand and Programming Manager are to support the Brand & Programming Director in ensuring the programming and execution standards across all brand teams are met to client satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of field/specialist training resources, measurement & evaluation and back of house operations to meet the needs of our business. The Brand & Programming Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

Management Responsibilities:
•    Support and manage assigned field employee supporting POS & Logistics
•    Manage the relationship and needs of HHG/BACARDI POS team to ensure all assets are ordered and received accurately
•    Project manage the ad-hoc requests that will be assigned based on the needs of the FY sampling execution plans across national, brand & local programming requests     

Execution Responsibilities:
•    Ensure the proper resources are being provided to foster flawless execution in the field
•    Ensure field personnel conduct regular training of promotional staff ensuring that they conduct promotions to client’s and TEAM’s standards
•    Identify opportunities in the field to increase the quality of sampling execution

Administrative Responsibilities:
•    Provide best in class measurement & evaluation by completing assigned reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually and by ad-hoc request
•    Maintain all programming related documents including NSP & BSP programming cheatsheet, Local programming cheatsheet , POS images, tracking information, ad-hoc trackers, etc.
•    Support Brand & Programming Director through all stages of programming inception to recapping 
•    Oversee sampling POS and logistical field operations   

•    Maintain all field related dashboards including programming related content: brand knowledge training videos, PS training modules, ad-hoc field resources
•    Develop training materials and commercial facing programming resources
•    Field warehouse & asset inventory tracking  

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience in project or program management with promotional marketing or event execution responsibilities in the beverage industry preferred

• Team leadership experience

• Microsoft Office Suite experience

• Exercises high moral character and social responsibility
